Marilyn McShannon

Marilyn was born and educated in Brisbane but moved away for many years when she married in her mid 20's. Due to Marilyn's late husband's occupation, they lived and worked in Melbourne, Sydney, and Noosa Heads. Marilyn actually spent approximately 26 years in various major cities working in a para-legal role for prominent legal firms. Marilyn actually owned and operated her own very successful conveyancing company in Sydney in the early 1990's.

Marilyn is the principal of Queensland Independent Property Agents which specialises in listing and selling real estate in Gympie, Cooloola Cove, Tin Can Bay and the Noosa Hinterland. Marilyn herself resides in Gympie and cannot speak more highly of this fantastic regional town.

Marilyn is the Principal of the Gympie office located at 32 Horseshoe Bend Gympie.

Marilyn is full of energy, enthusiasm, wisdom and experience. Marilyn is no stranger to hard work and will constantly give you the extra yard if required to get your home sold. Marilyn is not averse to working on Sundays if the need arises.

Her hobbies are gardening, walking, murder mysteries, restaurants, travelling, reading and sewing.
